INGREDIENTS
2 whole bananas
2 scoops of PlantYourDay
1 cup steel cut oats
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons mini cacao chips
1 tablespoon chopped cashews or walnuts
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
METHOD
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking tray with place parchment paper and spray with avocado oil.
In a medium bowl, mash the bananas. Add PlantYourDay, oats and peanut butter and mix together. Next, add cacao chips and the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Using an ice cream scooper or large spoon, place mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying this delicious and healthy treat.
