In a perfect world we all get 8 hours of sleep, stay hydrated, eat organic balanced diet, exercise every day but the reality is usually quite different. I’ve been getting some extra help from these vitamins, and I must say I can actually see the result! Now, it’s not a magic pill but here’s what I’ve been seeing in the past couple weeks of taking those daily: my skin has improved, no blemishes or pimples at all, my hair and nails has grown out more than usual, and I feel more energised throughout the day. I want to stick to these a little longer to see if it’s not just a power of self-persuasion. If I keep seeing improvements, that’s honestly a very reasonable price for maintaining healthy and young looking. Again, with such a substantial list of High quality ingredients, it’ll cost you way more if you were to buy those individually.
